Fine Young Cannibals é um grupo musical britânico melhor conhecido pelos sucessos de 1989 "She Drives Me Crazy" e "Good Thing", do álbum The Raw and the Cooked. Ambas as canções alcançaram o topo nas paradas de singles dos Estados Unidos.
A banda foi formada em Birmingham, Inglaterra em 1984 pelo vocalista Roland Gift e os antigos membros da banda The Beat, David Steele e Andy Cox.
O grupo se desfez em 1992 e Roland Gift partiu para uma carreira solo. Paralelamente , desenvolvia uma carreira como ator.
